1. If your working at a quarter of the size then you need to export your pdf @ 400dpi in CMYK mode and make sure you create outlines around your text or embed your fonts. A 5mm bleed is needed around the artwork for finishing purposes. You also need to include crop marks with an offset of 5mm.
